Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Founders Growth Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under Indian law. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Founders Growth Studio ("we", "us") is a founder growth studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.
Registered business name: [to be confirmed]. Email: contact@foundersgrowthstudio.com. Phone: +91 9216283783.
2. The laws this policy follows
We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and, for as long as they apply, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
3. What personal data we collect
- Details you give us. When you use the contact form, or email or phone us: your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), the services you are interested in, and the message or project details you write.
- Business details you share while we work together, such as your company name, role, brand materials and plans. Please share only what we need.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as bank or card details, health information or government ID numbers, through this website. Please do not send them in the contact form.
We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
4. Why we use it
- To reply to your message and talk about your project.
- To prepare proposals, deliver the work you ask for, and manage our working relationship.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We use your data only for these purposes. If we want to use it for something new, such as sending a newsletter, we will ask for your consent first.
5. Your consent
When you tick the consent box and send the contact form, you agree that we may use the details you give us for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before you withdrew. If you withdraw, we may no longer be able to continue a conversation or a project with you.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run this site and our work (for example hosting, email and project tools). They may use your data only on our instructions and must keep it secure;
- professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed;
- government authorities, courts or regulators, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India. We do this only where Indian law allows.
7. Cookies and third parties
At the moment this site uses only the technical storage it needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will ask for your consent first and list them here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The fonts on this site are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact Google or other font services to show them.
The contact form prepares an email in your own email app. Your message reaches us only when you press send in that app, and your email provider handles it as well.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. As a guide: enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within [24 months] of our last contact, and records of client work and invoices are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires. When we no longer need your data, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to this website, limited access to our systems and email, and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with;
- ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
- ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was given for, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- use our grievance process (section 12) and, if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
To use any of these rights, email contact@foundersgrowthstudio.com from the address you wrote to us with. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, to protect your data. We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to respond within [30 days].
11. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information, do not pretend to be someone else, and do not make false or frivolous complaints.
12. Questions and grievances
If you have a question, concern or complaint about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance officer. Name: [to be confirmed]. Email: contact@foundersgrowthstudio.com. Phone: +91 9216283783. Address: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
